Daniel Bockhorn
Dan Bockhorn has an extensive background in the life settlement industry, with over 32 years of transactional experience representing consumers in the secondary market. During his career, he has developed and operated two regulated life settlement brokerage companies and has assisted over 800 individuals in marketing and selling their life insurance policies in the secondary market. As one of the first brokers in the industry, Mr. Bockhorn was instrumental in the development, growth, and maturation of the viatical settlement industry and was actively involved in the market’s transition to the life settlement industry in the late 1990s. In 1999, Dan co-founded Trinity Financial Services, one of the industry’s largest and most respected life settlement brokerage companies.
Leadership Focused on Trust and Growth
Using innovative marketing techniques to leverage relationships with many of the largest insurance distributors in the country, Dan has educated and represented a vast network of life insurance agents, financial planners, CPAs, estate planning attorneys, and related firms whose clients have sold policies in the life settlement marketplace. In 2015, Dan left Trinity to launch Advanced Life Settlements, and focus his efforts on serving a personal clientele consisting of some of the most successful agents and advisors in the financial services industry. Over the course of his career, Dan has been a principal broker involved in the sale of over $4 billion worth of policy death benefits, yielding over $1 billion in proceeds for policy owners. Mr. Bockhorn is licensed as both a life insurance agent and a life settlement broker, and he holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Dayton.

With over 20 years of transactional experience in the life settlement industry, Jeanette has represented consumers in the secondary market and held key roles at one of the largest licensed life settlement brokerages, Trinity Financial Services LLC, where she worked alongside Dan Bockhorn. She also spent time with a licensed life settlement provider, gaining valuable perspective on both sides of the transaction process.
Her comprehensive understanding of the brokerage and provider sides gives her a unique insight into every stage of the life settlement transaction. Throughout her career, Jeanette has assisted hundreds of individuals in successfully selling their life insurance policies in the secondary market.
